ORDER DELIVERY
Delivery is made only after confirmation of payment by the seller's bank. Delivery is made to the buyer during usual office hours to the first lockable door if access is on the ground floor, and failing that, in front of the home corresponding to the delivery address. If the buyer is absent on the day of delivery, the deliverer will leave a delivery notice in the mailbox allowing the parcel to be collected from the place and during the period indicated.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the seller freely chooses the appropriate mode of transport.
The buyer bears the risks of transport as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.
In the event of partial delivery attributable to the seller, the additional costs leading to a total delivery will be at his expense; on the contrary, if this partial delivery is due to the fact of the buyer, these additional costs will be borne by the buyer.
The times indicated in the shop as part of an order are production times and not delivery times. The fulfillment time of an order is the sum of the production time and the shipping time, which can be set during configuration. The delivery times are only approximate, insofar as no deadline has been agreed.
The indicated production time begins in the event of payment by check with advice of credit to the seller's account, in the event of online payment with promise of payment, and systematically upon receipt of the printable print data or online authorization of the printing after execution against additional charge of the special service “Ready for printing”, if applicable.
If the preconditions for receipt of payment and data are met before 12 p.m., the production period begins on the day of receipt, provided that it is a working day. Otherwise, the production time will begin the working day following receipt. It is counted in working days, from Monday to Friday.
No launch in production or delivery is carried out without payment. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, the buyer having to ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
The buyer must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, damaged product, etc.).
This verification is considered to have been carried out when the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.
If the products need to be returned to the seller, they must be the subject of a return request to the seller within 7 days of delivery. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted. The return of the product can only be accepted for products whose error is attributable to the seller. A print proof is sent to the buyer for verification and validation of the data before any production launch. Returns are not authorized on products that have been specifically personalized (products printed with your logo, for example).
Delivery is free by sending Colissimo to your home by French La Poste for the destinations below:
- from 60 € of purchase to France (Metropolitan, Andorra, Monaco)
- from 350 € of purchase to overseas territories in Eco (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Guyana, Mayotte)
- from €600 of purchase to overseas territories as standard (Saint-Martin, Saint Barthélémy, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna).
- from 350 € of purchase for international Europe (including Switzerland, but excluding France)
- from 350 € of purchase for the international World (zone b)
- from €600 of purchase for the international World (zone c)
Apart from the above thresholds, the shipping rates that apply are those of the Post Office (2022 rates).
